Saturday is Bath Day

Today is bath day at our house. While Monty was overjoyed by this news, Sam was a little less enthusiastic. In fact, I haven't seen Sam for a while. I wonder where he is?

I'd better start searching. One thing I noticed is that our house is full of strange dogs. Maybe they've seen Sam?

Look at this strange fellow... I wonder if he is in the Witness Protection Program?

Sam? I don't know who you are talking about!

I thought about asking this guy, but he is tough looking! I had better move along...

Wow! This guy looks really smart! Maybe he knows where Sam is...

"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing."

Ummm... okay... I believe Albert Einstein said that first!

This guy looks like a farmer. Isn't that strange? We don't have any farms around here.

Nope, haven't seen 'im. Been feeding my chickens all mornin'.

Oh, hey! You are far from home, have you seen Sam? He is about about 3 feet tall and has red hair.

No, Senorita...

Well, this guy is the last guy I can ask.

Sam? Haven't seen him!

Wait a minute! Did that mustache look fake to you?

  8. Who are these imposters trying to befuddle their Grandpaw??

    Not to worry.

It's a common failing within the old "Silverback" community..

Wish I, too, could fade into obsecurity behind a plastic "tache", live out the end of days unknown, but observant of all the laughter, tears and hopes of all red dogs.

  20. I love the photos!!! We used to have a cocker spaniel named Mandy that I'm almost sure could understand English. When my wife mentioned the "B" word she would run and hide in her bog house.
