Busy Weekend...

It has been a busy weekend for all of us. Friday was my last day at work at my old place, Monday will be my first day of work at the new job. Sam is a little confused by it all. It'll be a big adjustment for him, too.

In the long run, this will work out well for Aaron, Sam and I.

Mexican Primrose is growing through our yard like a weed this year. It is really pretty, and I really don't mind. I imagine next year we will have even more!

Sam has never liked to be 'posed' for pictures...

We are back!

Sam has been a very busy boy lately. We have stumbled across several other Golden blogs, and realized we missed blogging. We have scheduled photoshoots and alerted the paw-pawrazzi - Sam is back and ready to blog!

A sketch a day...

A Fish Tale...

Sam takes great care of his fish, making sure they are fed on time, checking to see if their water is clean. Every evening, he brings me the fish food. It is a ritual between him and I. We walk out to the pond, and he gives me the container. He has trouble opening the lid, so I do it. As I feed them, he watches his fish. His care of these simple creatures often amazes me. He never forgets they need to be fed, and he is always prompt. Thanks to him, the goldfish have survived and flourished.
