First, I LUV your header photo Sam! What a great shot of you! :D
Now how cool is that to have a bobcat just outside your window!!! A bobcat is no ordinary c.a.t. it is an extra-ordinary one! :D Qualifies as wildlife yes sirrey babbet! :D How wonderful! Thank you fur sharing pal :D
Also regarding your comment about hauling Chrome loose in the trailer, I've heard the horror stories about trailer doors coming open and horses falling out (shudder), but this is an older model trailer with a ramp door and there is no way the latch can break open. If one broke the one on the other side will still hold it up (and even if both snaps broke it still wouldn't open because I've tried that without him in there just to see what would happen - he's safe in there I just wish he thoughts so hehe). I'll keep that in mind though if I get a new trailer. Please don't think that this means I'm not going to work on tying him because I am I know it's important for them to know how and it would make me feel comfortable if he would stop turning around in it. We will definitely work on it.
I will also check on the tires since this is an older trailer. I've never heard that and it makes sense. I'm also considering riding in it (obviously without him in there) just to see how it rides, because I've been curious how rough and loud it is. Thank you for your advice!
Gorgeous! We have a bobcat who has cut a trail of his own across our property to our creek in back. We occasionally see him in the very early morning hours. So far we haven't had the dogs out with us that early, but they do catch the scent when they are out later.
Oh, how beautiful! And looks a bit like his cousing Macy. ;)
ReplyDelete~Aunt Becky
That would be cousin, not cousing...
