It amazes me how close we as a blogging community have become, where our love for our pups and kitties (and horses and guinea's and on...) extends beyond our own and reaches out to embrace those that belong to people we have never met. I'm away from home this week, and have learned that one of our dear friends,
K from Romping and Rolling in the Rockies, has crossed the bridge to join so many others. We've said many prayers for dear K and have sent much love to her family. Please take a moment to add yours.
Also, stop a minute to give your furry friends a hug - I'm a long way from home and dearly wishing I could hug mine right now.
...as KB says, "Seize the day!"

Beautiful K... |
Well put!
ReplyDeleteI know SO many of us are sharing the same feelings tonight -
Khyra will be getting some extra love at bedtime!
I'm so sorry to heat about the loss. :(
ReplyDeleteI didn't know K. But I've already heard of her passing on other blogs.
ReplyDeleteThe grief is something we can all relate to. I'm sure you're hugging Sam and Monty in your heart.
Words are so hard to find when we think about K, but you said it so well.

So sad! I didn't know K, but heard of her crossing the bridge on multiple blogs. So amazing how strong our blog bonds are... and so sad to hear of an amazing dog passing.
ReplyDeleteSending hugs and prayers for K... I've got quite a few friends waiting at the bridge for her, and they'll watch out for her, I'm sure. :(
Hugging the White Dog Army lots today! K will always be an inspiration.
ReplyDeleteWe were sorry to hear about K and did pop over. Happy Tuesday to you all.

ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,

We were so sad to hear about K, too. But we know she's having a blast with all the other pups up there, and no longer in any pain. gotta take comfort in that thought somehow. : (

Thank you so very very much for your kind and loving words. They truly make a difference.
ReplyDeleteVery well said. We all know that K had a very fulfilling and well-loved life and she will not be forgotten. We also know that she is now joining my Samantha and others at the Rainbow Bridge, painfree.

I thought I could not be closer to our dogs. Until K was diagnosed. Now I look at them with new eyes and cherish every day with them even more than ever.
ReplyDeleteWe are so sad to read about K.
ReplyDeleteMuch love
Martha & Bailey xx
We all get these wake up calls that make us realize how much love there is around us. I hope you're home soon with Sam and Monty.
ReplyDeleteIt is amazing how the loss of one pet can affect so many. The blogging cat and dog community is close. It was sad to lose K.
ReplyDeleteWe're off to give our condolences now. So hard to our loves go but we must remember the joy they bring to get through the pain. Lots of hugs here today.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear this....
