In which we get cards... (Or, a conversation with Harlow...)

Me:  Look, Harlow, you and Monty have received a Christmas Card.
Wats dat?  Can I eat it?
Me:  People send you cards to let you know they are thinking of you and wishing you joy and happiness at Christmas.
It'd make me happy to eat it.
Me:  We hang them on the wall so that we can see them during the Holidays.
...and den I can eat it?
Me:  They add to the festivity of the season.
When can I eat it?
Me:  Harlow, aren't you listening?
No.  Can I eat it now?
Please help me.... Iz like this all day.

    Most our cards have teeth marks in them...wonder why??? Have a tremendous Thursday.

    Sounds like the typical young un........maybe you need to get her some nice rice paper....it is edible....they use it to wrap nougat in.

    Monty, I feel your pain. While my sister isn't constantly trying to eat everything, she is frighteningly single-minded and incredibly goofy. Perhaps you and I should get together to have a civilized chat about how crazy our younger siblings are. (Harlow, Abby says she sees a like mind in you and wants to get together to bounce off the walls together.)

    Tell them she can have them AFTER Christmas, but, first you have to hang them up to show the peeps who REALLY counts in the household!

    But really, paper's just extra fiber or something like that, right? After Christmas is over, feel free to eat our card, Harlow! You'll have some colorful poops, that's for sure. ;)
