Sibling Rivalry

Sam goes back to the vet tomorrow for a final diagnosis - everybody please keep fingers crossed!

I'm keeping paws crossed for my big brother, Sam!
I'll admit, we decided to spoil the boys a bit and got them these MONster size rawhide chewies!

While Sam is managing to stay happy with his, Monty is another story...

Sigh....
(Please disregard the jumble in the background - Mom is doing "spring" cleaning!)
It's not that Monty didn't get one.  We could give Monty steak and Sam a dirty old sock and Monty would still think that Sam had gotten something better!

I've got nothing but this old, dry chewie...
Monty will now spend his whole day in his secret lair plotting on how to get Sam's away from him!
Hey!  How did you find me in here?
Please keep paws crossed for Sam.  We are going to need it tomorrow!

    Paws crossed for Sam! And we do the same thing with our bones... but we just trade them back and forth until we're sure we both gots the same thing!

    Funny about the rivalry. When our girls each get a chewie, Ellie starts right in on hers. Lucy hangs back until Ellie has the end of hers all moist. Then she prances over and takes the one Ellie had. Happens every single time.

    Please let us know about Sam as soon as possible. We will keep him is our prayers too. Sheila and Bob said they like antler chews - we do too. The large antlers last awhile.

    We have a bit of that sibling rivalry stuff in our house too - especially anytime mom is petting a dog that happens to not be me!!
