Dog Days of Summer #31 - Traveling

Unfortunately, I think I manage to do more traveling without the boys (for work) then we do with, but when we get a chance we like to take them camping...
They made us sleep in the dirt!
BOL - we do manage to take them with us locally, but I don't think a trip to Home Depot counts for traveling?  What do you think?

  5. As long as it is outside of the house with the humans, it is counted as traveling!

  8. Camping is fun especially if there is a lake involve.
A trip to Home Depot should count as travelling. I don't think there is a travelling police to judge it.

  12. Camping! You guys are so lucky.
My girls LOVE to ride but it is just too darn hot to take them on errands with me. I wouldn't leave them for 5 minutes in the car because I sure wouldn't want to be left in one. And to be honest, it's so hot they don't really enjoy the dog park for any length of time and it's too much trouble to not stay a couple of hours so... Whenever the temps drop I will have to make it up to them.

  13. Oh of course Home Depot is traveling.
Of course I know you would rather be traveling to the ocean or to the mountains or a camp site- but I think Home Depot works perfect.

  17. Home Depot definitely counts!!! But I don't know about that camping thing. I like my big comfy king size bed (I let the humans sleep in it with me) and my PCVs (puppy cooling vents), so I'm not sure how I would do sleeping on the ground or in a tent. And aren't there wild beasts out in the woods?

  19. Well, it doesn't count as traveling, but a trip to Home Depot beats staying home alone.

  21. In my mind traveling to Home Depot, to walk with one of my mom's dog clients, or to the dog park is considered traveling! Going anywhere with wheels under my feet is god for me!

  23. Hi Sam,

Sorry for the missing in action. I just moved across the globe and am now in quarantine for 10 days. I promise to blog once i'm released from 'jail'. Camping sounds like fun. I haven't had a chance to do that in Texas.
